My Approach

I draw on complementary methods that connect evidence with policy and applied adaptation practice.

📊 Data & Evidence
Integrating quantitative and spatial analysis (GIS, Python) into feasibility studies, sustainability frameworks and hydrological and environmental assessments. Examples include the GoNEXUS Sustainability Assessment Framework, District Ganga Plans, B-WaterSmart feasibility studies and analyses of nature-based and digital tools for agricultural and urban resilience in Asia and Europe.

🏛️ Governance & Policy
Translating research into institutional frameworks and policy processes for climate adaptation. This includes analysing groundwater and circular-water governance mechanisms, supporting the alignment of the Nile Basin Initiative Climate Strategy for Green Climate Fund readiness and contributing to policy briefs on freshwater and coastal ecosystem protection.

🌿 Resilience in Practice
Working with diverse actors to co-design adaptive approaches and strengthen implementation capacity from Communities of Practice under RECREATE to Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning systems for the Nexus Regional Dialogues, e-learning modules on river-basin management and urban WASH and rainwater-harvesting initiatives, developing practical tools and trainings for local adaptation.

I’m currently writing about the path that led me here – more soon.
